Given how politically charged the phrase "support the troops" is, I was thinking that I've never seen a poll where the question was stated as simply as possible.

Not only that, I am pro-education and anti-crime.
I think most people support those boys that stuck over there. The politicians are the people who do not support the troops, and frankly, I think these pro-endless war fascists in Washington could give a shit about those poor guys. So in a word, yes I support the troops & like Joe, I like public education.
What a ridiculous idea for a poll. Everyone would say yes, unless they were bullshitting.
Even if someone legitimately said they didn''t support, what reason would they have for taking that position?

Thanks for giving me a chance to vote, finally. No, I don't support war or troops, except unwillingly when I pay taxes. War is for losers and no one wins a war. And the Iraq "war" ended long ago. It's been an occupation fueled by U.S. foreign fighters for years.
