To be more accurate, a pellet may have hit his head (I don't know the facts on that), but one did in fact enter his chest and travel to his heart, which caused the inflammation that caused the heart attack. Just what we need: the man who's literally a heartbeat away from the presidency to be shooting people in the chest.
